Obituary

Larry Cummings, 84, of Quakertown died May 15, 2022 in his home. He was the husband of the late Florence V. (Weaver) Cummings. Born in Sellersville he was the son of Max W. & Helen B. (Bergstresser) Cummings. He was a foreman at the former Associated Rubber Company in Quakertown before retiring. Larry was a member of the Upper Bucks Senior Center and enjoyed playing cards there. He also enjoyed baseball and coaching the Swartley Construction Team for many years. He is survived by a son David Cummings (Rita), and two daughters Mary Keller (Charles), & Susan Ruiz (Rigoberto). A brother Robert Cummings (Mary); a daughter in law Barbara Haley; 12 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Predeceased by a son Robert Haley; daughter Faye Cummings; and a sister Brenda C. Winn. Services will be held on Friday, May 20, 2022 at 2:30 P.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown, PA 18951. Call 1:30-2:30 P.M. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made Gideons International P.O.
