Evelyn Slifer, 91, of Richlandtown formerly of Macungie died May 7, 2022 in St. Luke’s Upper Bucks Campus. Born in Richlandtown, PA she was the daughter of the late Edwin R. & Ellen (Raub) Slifer. She worked in the house cleaning department of Valley Manor Nursing Home retiring in the late 1990’s. She enjoyed playing BINGO. She is survived by three children James, Kenneth, & Jeanette; a brother John; six grandchildren Angie, Jason, Kelly, Jamie, Frank, Jr., & Nina; seven great grandchildren Ashley, Gage, Mason, Jakon, Jamen, Jordan, & Yessenia. Predeceased by three children Dolores, Frank, & Edward; two grandchildren Jessica & Christine; and eleven siblings Betty, Helen, Earl, Patrick, Howard, Robert, Henry, Walter, Edwin, Russell, & Herbert. Services will be held on Monday, May 16, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown, PA 18951. Call 10:00-11:00 A.M. in the funeral home.
