Mildred C. Sell, 91, of Quakertown, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 2, 2026, at St. Luke’s Hospice House in Bethlehem.
Born on April 29, 1935, in Quakertown, she was a daughter of the late Morris and Clara (Rothman) Wonsidler.
Growing up, Millie spent much of her time helping on the family dairy farm, working in the store and going out to deliver milk. She then took a job at Roselon Industries, where she remained for thirty-years, retiring as a Supervisor.
Outside of work, she found joy in baking, spending time in her gardens, and tending to her indoor plants. In her retirement, she spent much of her time with her beloved dog, Lucy—as well as traveling with her partner, Wayne Moyer—visiting various destinations from the Virgin Islands to Hawaii.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of fifty-three years: Paul Sell, who died in 2010; her partner of nearly ten years, Wayne Moyer, who died in 2023; brothers: Walter, Charlie, and Jesse Wonsidler; and sister: Carrie Wolf.
Millie will be lovingly remembered by her sons: Paul Sell (Donna) and Barry Sell (Deborah); daughter: Carol Sell; grandchildren: Tanya Sell, Thomas Sell (Dez), Chad Mauger (Kelli), Brent Mauger (Kelly), Jared Mauger (Jennifer), and Brandon Sell; and several nieces and nephews.
A viewing will be held at the C.R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., 821 West Broad Street, Quakertown, on Thursday, October 8, 2026, from 10:00am until the time of the funeral service—in the funeral home—at 11:00am.
Interment will follow in St. Paul’s Lutheran Church Cemetery, Red Hill.
