Kathleen Grace Kelly

Kathleen Grace Kelly, 78, of Hatfield, passed away on Monday, April 13, 2026, at her home.

Born on February 6, 1948, in Chestnut Hill she was the daughter of the late John T. and Minerva L. (DeGour) Kelly.

Following her formal education, Kathy joined the workforce. She held employment with Gas Springs in Colmar, then moved to a position as a Patient Services Representative in the CHOP Care Network of Central Bucks.

Outside of work, she found joy in music and dancing.  As well as spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Hatfield.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Nancy Lynam and brothers: Ronald Woolston and George Woolston.

Kathleen will be lovingly remembered by her daughter: Shannon Rzepski (Stan); and two grandchildren: Ashley Keen and Timothy Keen.

Services will be private.
