Obituary Joyce M. Cook, 74, of Quakertown died November 25, 2022 at St. Lukes Upper Bucks Campus. She was the daughter of the late Roland M. & Marion (Merganthaler) Cook. Joyce is survived by a daughter Fawn Wolfe and a son Billy Joe Blanco. Numerous grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
