John H. Stahl, III, 82, of Kingsley, PA, formerly of Horsham, died Saturday, May 30, 2026, in Gwyned Square Nursing Center in Lansdale. He was the husband of Diane L. (Corral) Stahl, with whom he celebrated nineteen years of marriage last September.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late John H., Jr. and Margaret S. (Cook) Stahl.
Before his retirement he was a high-speed packaging mechanic for various companies. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran.
John enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed playing solitaire, watching NASCAR , cowboy movies, and was a big Dallas Cowboys fan.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son: Matthew and his wife Lucy of North Whales; two daughters: Corinne of Hatboro and Rachel Jarrett of Pottstown; grandchildren: John, Gianna and Genevieve; sister: Peggy Mellinger and her husband William of Doylestown; step-son: Dan Westcott and his wife Cyeira of East Greenville; and a step-daughter: Kelly Wescott (Randy) of Melbourne, FL; step-grandchildren Dayton, Rayna, Savien, Teagan and Kasen. He is also survived by a nephew: Jeffrey Hayes, and a niece: Suzanne Bradney.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in the C.R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., 821 West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA 18951. A calling hour will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
Interment, with military honors, will follow at Tohickon Union Cemetery, 1050 Old Bethlehem Rd., Perkasie, PA 18944.
