Jeanette A. Cawley

Jeanette Cawley (nee Lascik), 91, of Quakertown, passed away peacefully on June 8, 2026, at home surrounded by her family.

Born on June 7, 1935, in Sellersville, she was the daughter of the late August “Gus” Lascik and Anna (Glod) Lascik.

She was a graduate of Quakertown High School’s Class of 1954.

Jeanette was a long-time member of St. Isidore’s Catholic Church.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a granddaughter: Penny Fritz; and her aunts and uncles.

She is survived by her children: Ellen Fritz (Malbert) of Allentown, Edward Cawley of Chariton, Iowa, and Julia Butler (Mark) of Quakertown; twelve grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.

A viewing will be held at St. Isidore’s Catholic Church, 2545 West Pumping Station Road, Quakertown, on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, from 10:00am until the time of Mass of Christian Burial—in church—at 11:00am.

Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.

Arrangements are in the care of the C.R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., Quakertown.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made, in Jeanette's memory, to The Alzheimer's Association, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, or St. Luke's Hospice.
