Elda Joyce Fox

Elda Joyce Fox, 82, of Richlandtown, formerly of Haycock Township, passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, in Phoebe Richland Health Care Center.

Born on January 23, 1944, in Quakertown, PA, she was the daughter of the late J. Harold and Marguraite H. (Ritter) Hinkle.

She was a graduate of Quakertown High School. Elda went on to work as a Press Operator for Nash Printing before retiring.

She was a member of Richlandtown Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. Elda loved her dogs.

Elda was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Richlandtown.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband: Leroy H. Fox; daughter Tracey Haelle, who passed in 2025; a brother: Leidy Hinkle; and three sisters: Sara Kulp, Alice Doctor, Henrietta Hinkle.

Elda will be lovingly remembered by her two sons: Tod Fox (Vicky) and Troy Fox (Theresa); son-in-law: Thomas Haelle; brother Curtis Hinkle; sister Reta Rupell; seven grandchildren: Neil, Brent (Cristina), Alexis (Tyler), Nathan, Stacey (Bryan), Owen, TJ (Ashley) and eight great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be private.
