David H. Collins, 72, of Quakertown, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at Phoebe Richland.
Born on May 17, 1954, in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, he was a son of the late George Banghart and Kathrine Collins.
A graduate of Warren Hills High School’s Class of 1974, he entered the workforce where he became a truck driver. He was employed by Venezia Transport for thirty years, retiring in 2019.
David will be lovingly remembered by his wife of twenty-nine years: Susan (Shive) Collins; sons: David Collins, Jr. (LeighAnn), Andrew Collins (Tanya), Scott Collins (Tina Black), Brian Weaver (Kendra), and Jason Weaver; grandchildren: Adrian, Robert, Natalie, Michael, Isabella, Jaelyn, Raven, Ayvah, Gionna, Emily (Zach), Paige, and Trent; and brother: Robert Collins.
Services will be private.
Arrangements are in the care of the C.R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., Quakertown.
