Dave Besch

Dave B. Besch, 69, of Sellersville, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 17, 2026, in the Emergency Department at St. Luke’s Hospital’s Grandview Campus.

Born on July 12, 1957, in Lansdale, he was a son of the late Harold and Doris (Nelson) Besch.

A graduate of Pennridge High School’s Class of 1975, he entered the workforce. For a number of years, and owned and operated Dave Besch Oil, then transitioned to truck driving for J.L. Watts. Dave continued his love of driving, over the past ten years, with Levy Bus Company.

In his spare time, he found joy in watching the Phillies and Eagles. He could also be found as a regular J.T. Bankers in Sellersville.

In addition to his parents, his is preceded in death by his brother-in-law: David Allen, Jr.

Dave will be lovingly remembered by his wife of thirty-eight years (together for forty-eight years): Robin (Allen) Besch, to whom he wed on May 21, 1988; brother: Barry Besch; brother-in-law: Steve Allen (Pam); sisters: Lynn Burns and Tammy Galluppie (Dave); sisters-in-law: Cheryl Carr (Doug), and Charlotte Geopfert (John); as well as many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 12:00 noon at J.T. Bankers, 309 S. Main Street, Sellersville.
