John H. Jones, 61, of Quakertown died November 8, 2010 in his home. Born in Quakertown he was the son of the late Ernest Jones and the late Lorraine (Bowers) Carnahan. He was a retired truck driver. John was a life member of the North Penn Gun Club and a member of the Trumbauersville Betterment & Social Club. He was a member of Christ Church of the United Church of Christ in Trumbauersville. He is survived by three brothers Ernest, Richard, and Edward. Three sisters Ellen Winkler, Shirley Winkler, and Suzie Jones. The family will hold a memorial service on Friday, November 12, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at Christ Church of the United Church of Christ 101 N. Main St. Trumbauersville, PA 18970. Call 10:00-11:00 A.M. in the church. Cremation arrangements are in the care of C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) Quakertown.
