Carolyn F. Dougert, 77, of Quakertown died March 15, 2014 in St. Lukes Hospital, Quakertown Campus. She was the devoted partner of Darlene D. Ruth for 40 years. She retired in 1999 from Delbar Products, Inc., Perkasie. In addition to her partner she is survived by a son Joseph. A brother Edward, four sisters Geraldine, Lorretta, Lynn, and Ellen.
