Edna M. Dorse, 77 of Quakertown died Saturday February 3, 2007 in her home. She was the wife of Frank J. Dorse. They celebrated their 27th wedding anniversary last March. She was last employed by the Quakertown School District food service department. Born in Abington she was the daughter of the late Karl and Edna (Kershner) Bingler. Edna enjoyed reading. In addition to her husband she is survived by a daughter Marie Frasier of Zion Hill step children Diane Kline of New Ringold, Donna Bryner of Port Royal, Patti Anderson of Richfield Utah, Bruce Dorse of Ulster and Jeffrey Cobb of Bethlehem. Two brothers Edward Bingler of New Mexico and Carl Bingler of Blue Bell. Step sisters Elisa and Cindy. A grandson Jeffrey Ritter and great granddaughter Emily. 14 step grandchildren and 3 step great grandchildren. Services will be held on Wednesday February 7, at 11:00 a.m. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown, Pa. 18951. Call on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
