Cathelene N. Rieker

Cathelene N. Rieker, 93, of Quakertown died January 2, 2017 in St. Lukes Quakertown Hospital. She was the wife of Robert Rieker. They were married 71 years last August. Born in White County, Georgia she was the daughter of the late Olley T. & Ida Mae (Hulsey) Nix. She was a financial secretary before retiring from the former Chrysler First of Quakertown. Prior to that she worked for Finance America. She enjoyed knitting, gardening, reading and spending time with her grandchildren. Cathy was a member of St. Johns Lutheran Church in Quakertown. In addition to her husband she is survived by a son Larry E. and his wife Carol of Zionsville, a daughter Robin G. Fisher of Quakertown, a brother Edsel Nix and his wife Audrey of Cleveland, Georgia, and a son in law Dennis R. Fisher of Quakertown. Four grandchildren Lisa Marencik and her husband Tommy, Jenny Falco and her husband Dave, Bobby Fisher and his wife Kelly, and Bradley Rieker. Seven great grandchildren.
