Dorothy K. Schnure, 95, of Quakertown died April 25, 2011 in her home. She was the wife of the late Leroy Schnure. Born in Quakertown she was the daughter of the late Harvey Benner and the late Marcella Weil. She enjoyed and loved the Upper Bucks Sr. Center and all their trips and activities especially bingo days. She is survived by a son Richard A. Schnure and his wife Carolyn of Croydon and a daughter Sandra L. Gulden of Manahawkin, New Jersey. Five grandchildren Lori L. Roche, Brian S. Gulden, Angela M. Kyme, Richard L. Schnure, and Dean M. Gulden, twelve great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Services will be held on Friday, April 29, 2011 at 1:30 P.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown. Call Thursday evening 7:00-8:30 P.M. in the funeral home. There will be no calling hours on Friday. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Quakertown American Legion Post 242, 610 East Broad St. Quakertown, PA 18951.
